Where do you ship?
All of our products are available for shipping within the contiguous United States.
When will my item arrive?
If your item is in stock, allow two to four weeks for delivery. Keep in mind, though, that is an estimate and delays can occur. Please be patient and we will update you regularly about the status of your order. Also, please note that you may receive multiple deliveries per order.
When is my card charged?
All orders are charged in full at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed, you cannot cancel your order. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
What measurement units are used on this site?
All measurements are in inches unless otherwise noted.
Where are your products made?
We source our products from hundreds of suppliers around the world that manufacture in the USA, Canada, Mexico, China, Vietnam, India, Belgium and more. If you'd like to know the origin of a particular product, please contact us and we’d be more than happy to let you know.
Can I apply a current discount code to an already placed order?
We cannot apply discounts to transactions made outside of the promotion or sale time frame, but if the order was submitted within the applicable sale time frame, we will honor the discount.
Can I combine discount codes?
No. Only one discount or sale code can be used per order.
The product name on the box doesn’t match what I ordered?
No worries, we use hundreds of different suppliers so, to avoid repeated names and confusion, we rename all of the products on our site, so they are unique to us. Because of this, some packages may arrive with the supplier's product name on the box instead of ours, but it is still the correct product. If you have any questions or want to double check, we're always here to help.
Any cleaning instructions specific to your product will be listed on the product detail page. For our larger upholstered furniture items, we recommend using professional cleaners.
How do I check the status of my order?
We will email you when we receive your order, with any processing updates or delays, when your order ships, and tracking information along the way. Once your order is placed, keep an eye on your email for additional shipping and tracking information.
What is the Prop 65 warning on some of your products?
Proposition 65 is a law that requires all businesses to provide warnings to customers in California about exposures to chemicals. If you have additional questions about Prop 65 you can visit www.p65warnings.ca.gov.
Do I need help assembling my products?
Products from Becki Owens Living come in a wide variety of sizes. If you have ordered a large piece of furniture, we suggest having a partner handy to help you assemble and install it when it arrives.
